Growing up, stories were everywhere.

They lived on the stoep with my gran, around the dinner table, in the streets of Katlehong, inside school classrooms, and in the quiet moments that shaped who I would become. Some were funny. Some were heartbreaking. Some made me question the world around me. Together, they taught me that the greatest stories aren't always found in books, they're found in people.

Lincoln's Imagination was created to capture those moments.

It is an independent storytelling studio dedicated to creating original South African stories for children, young adults, and anyone who still believes in the power of imagination. From heartwarming family tales and picture books to thought-provoking science fiction and future worlds, every story begins with one simple question:

 

"What if?"

Whether it's a grandmother who believes spilling salt brings bad luck, a future where humanity fights back against technology, or a child discovering that no family is truly picture-perfect, every story is written to spark curiosity, conversation, and connection.
